Man died from drugs cocktail
AN unemployed labourer died after he took a lethal cocktail of drugs.
Henry William Cleary, aged 43, injected himself with heroin at his home in Westwood Road, Bolton, an inquest was told. Mr Cleary had been taking a number of prescription drugs and was drinking before his death.
His friend, Johnathon Anderson, called an ambulance after he became concerned about Mr Cleary. He died later in hospital.
Pathologist Dr Isabelle Hansen carried out a post mortem examination on Mr Cleary and concluded he had died from taking a variety of prescription drugs and heroin, although Dr Hansen found he had not taken an overdose of either prescription drugs or morphine.
Coroner Jennifer Leeming recorded a verdict of accidental death.
