KELLY Osbourne may be a style icon to someone but I'm puzzled as to who.
The singer from the famously dysfunctional Osbourne clan (dad is Ozzy) is in the UK currently promoting her new album "Changes".
But perhaps she could undergo a few herself.
Apologies for the bitchy tone, but if she took herself down to WeightWatchers, then a good hairdresser and beautician and finished with some advice from Trinny and Susannah it would certainly help. And those skull and crossbones tattoos on her feet have to go.
They may make her look "alternative", but they sure don't make her tootsies look cute.
