LORD Nelson A.C. held their latest aggregate match on Cudmores Suez Canal and the weighmaster needed keen eyes to split some close weights.
Reigning club champion Trevor Bevin proved the master once again when he caught carp, barbel, tench and chub for a winning 23lbs-14ozs.
Just behind him was Pete Caloe who showed his prowess at fishing the margins when he recorded 23lbs-10ozs.
Kenny Stewart missed the net with a carp around the 1lb mark but had to be content with third place with 23lbs-4ozs. Pat Power was fourth with 19lbs-15ozs.
The sections went to Bas Kaye and Cliff Smith Jnr.
