NEW measures to crack down on some of Greater Manchester's most prolific criminals will be announced on Monday.
The work of the police and other agencies in managing the risk presented by the most serious offenders will be revealed in a report on Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) in the region.
Each police and probation area across the country has produced a local document describing how serious offenders are managed, including those convicted of sexual and violent offences.
