BUDGET airline Ryanair is offering flights at 92 pence to celebrate being confirmed as Europe's No.1 "on-time" airline in August.
After 92 per cent of Ryanair's 14,784 flights arrived on-time during the busiest month of the year, the company is offering 250,000 seats for sale from only 92p plus taxes.
