A COURSE is being held for people who are interested in joining the police force but are concerned about making the application.
The 10-week course is designed to prepare candidates for the recruitment process within Greater Manchester Police as either a police officer, special constable or support staff.
Career options will be discussed weekly by visiting members of GMP including traffic, crime scene examination and the area operations room.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, in good health with a general level of education or some work experience.
The course will be held at The Mancat College, Nichols Campus, Hyde Road, Ardwick, from Tuesday, September 23, between 6pm and 9pm.
