WANDERERS have still to decide whether to pursue their interest in former French international Ibrahim Ba, who continued his trial with a half-hour run-out against Real Mallorca and is expected to play some part in Saturday's friendly against Greek Champions Olympiakos at the Reebok.
Assistant manager Phil Brown said of the 29-year-old former AC Milan wide attacker: "Ibrahim is by his own admission short of match fitness. That's why we gave him the last 30 minutes last night.
"He showed some excellent touches but needs to work on his work-rate and fitness.
"We have not yet made a decision on Ibrahim.
"He will continue to train with us and maybe play against Olympiakos.
"We will make a decision on his future after the match on Saturday."
St Etienne's 22-year-old defender Fousseni Diawara also appeared for the last 30 minutes but Brown's assessment was less encouraging.
"He's a young, inexperienced centre-half. If we did take him, he wouldn't be the answer at this moment in time."
