WANDERERS have still to decide whether to pursue their interest in former French international Ibrahim Ba, who continued his trial with a half-hour run-out against Mallorca and is expected to play some part in Saturday's friendly against Greek Champions Olympiakos.
"He has to work a lot on his workrate and fitness," assistant manager Phil Brown said of the 29-year-old former AC Milan wide attacker.
St Etienne's 22-year-old defender Fousseni Diawara also appeared for the last 30 minutes but Brown's assessment was less encouraging. "He's a young, inexperienced centre-half. If we did take him, he wouldn't be the answer at this moment in time."
