SIXTY FIVE per cent of people in the North-west are self conscious about the way they look, according to a survey.
The research, carried out by the makers of a cold sore cream, also shows that one in seven people in the region would hide their face from friends and family if they had a rash, spots or a cold sore.
Zovirax Cold Sore Cream and the Cold Sore Information Bureau have launched a new campaign to educate about treating cold sores effectively and help people become more confident about the way they look.
