Aged nine and under: The Astley Band Trophy -- Jack Berry (cornet), The Gates Primary School, Westhoughton; Age 11 and under: Trinity Trophy -- Philip Bracegirdle (euphonium), Canon Slade High School; Age 12/13: B & C Gregory Trophy -- 1st equal Michael Clegg (cornet), Bolton School and David Bracegirdle (tenor horn), Canon Slade High School; Age 14/15: M Gardner (Chemist) Trophy -- Katy Cronnelly (tenor horn), Rivington & Blackrod High School; Age 16/17: Roger Greenlees Trophy -- Jonathan Clegg, Bolton School; Open Class, Meredith Delicassen Trophy -- Alistair Burrows (trombone), Bolton Youth Jazz Orchestra/Concert Band; Duet Class Open -- Minshall Family Trophy -- Philip Smith (trumpet) and Simon Minshall (brass trombone).
