Under 9s: Chorley Panthers 28 Rylands Sharks 8
The impressive Panthers played steady rugby throughout and hardly put a foot wrong. Man-of-the-match Ibbison consistently broke down the Sharks defence and created many attacking opportunities.
Under 10s: Chorley Panthers 38 Bold Minors 18
Joint men of the match Daniel McGrath and Ryan Harrison both went over in the first half but Bold were quick to reply and held 14-12 lead at the break. But the Bold defence just could not get to grips with McGrath as he scored another five tries in the second half to take his tally for the match to seven.
