I laid £3,000 each way on Monty's Pass at 33/1 for the Grand National when the weights were published to flamboyant owner Mike Futter, and that cost me the best part of £125,000 in one hit.
Arsenal face Sheffield United in an FA Cup semi, and a 2-0 win is 11/2 with me. The other semi sees Southampton take on Fist Division side Watford and I am offering 7/4 the Saints win the match by two clear goals or more.
Arsenal are a restrictive 2/5 to lift the cup, with Southampton at 5/2. Watford and Sheffield United, are 14/1 and 16/1 respectively.
