A PLAN for a ramblers' lodge has received the full support of North Turton parish council.
A planning application, put forward by Mr and Mrs Horton of Clough Head Farm, Edgworth, details an outdoor centre with self-catering hostel accomodation together with a tented campsite.
Councillors agreed the plans should be given a chance and agreed there was the demand, with many ramblers visiting the area.
They passed the plans on to Blackburn with Darwen Council for its consideration.
