ASPULL Olympic Wrestling Club impressed in the Barton 50th Anniversary Junior Wrestling Championships, despite having several aces on international duty in Latvia.
The club took six individuals golds at a variety of weights, with victories for David Sweeney, Robert Neild, Glyn Lever, Nathan Tully, Kirsty Thompson and Ashley Jackson.
There were also three silvers and a bronze in the Manchester competition.
"We swept the board," said a spokesman.
This weekend the team head for a competition in Glasgow.
