AN elderly couple have been killed in a road crash on holiday in Cyprus.
Eric Drinnan, aged 71, and his 66-year-old wife Doreen of Roe Green, Worsley, were holidaying in Pathos when their vehicle was involved in a head-on collision on Monday night.
The couple have been members of Ellesmere Golf Club in Worsley for 20 years and Mrs Drinnan was due to take up post as lady captain on March 26.
