IT never fails to amaze me that every time increases in our council taxes are announced, the council then print how much is owed in unpaid rents and council tax and how much we are all paying extra to make up for this.
Talk about rubbing our noses in it. Will they never learn any sense? People failed to return their census forms to avoid paying council tax. I wonder how many people will fail to fill in their postal votes? Bolton was once a place to be proud to live -- whatever happened to it?
