BLACKPOOL council is to air plans to turn its town into a world class seaside resort.
Two firms of international consultants will be explaining their plans to a full meeting of the council.
Their brief was to devise attractions that are unique, do not depend on the weather and which would improve the town's appearance. Blackpool has already secured £10m of European funding to put the ideas into practice after consultation.
