AN investment programme which could draw in more than £100 million to boost community-based health care in Oldham has been announced. Oldham 2020 is an NHS-backed private and public sector partnership aimed at creating state-of-the-art health centres and GP surgeries in the town.
The 20-year strategic plan includes the building of at least four care centres.
