A 45-YEAR-OLD man from Wigan has been arrested on suspicion of attempting to murder two people in Atherton.
He is accused of stabbing an 18-year-old man and 41-year-old woman on Tuesday.
Police were called to an address in Black Smith Fold at about 6am after receiving reports of a disturbance.
All three were taken to the Royal Bolton Hospital with stab wounds. Their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
