Smithills and District Bridleways Association Open Meeting will be held at Smithills Hall, Smithills Dean Road, tonight at 8pm.
Admission is free and the meeting is open to non members. The AGM starts at 7.30pm for members only. There will be a talk on Compulsory Horse Passports by local vet followed by visit from Mounted Police and an equestrian aromatherapy stall. Refreshments available.
