AS a season ticket holder I found it amazing I had to pay £21 to attend the FA Cup match against Sunderland.

I know Big Sam said there would be changes but to field a team mainly made up of players from the reseves is an insult to the fans like myself who went to the game.

After all, reserve matches are free for season ticket holders. I know squad rotation is supposed to be the next big thing, but it only works for the big clubs who have much bigger squads.

I suppose it can be argued that we don't want any more injuries to first team players, and this I agree with.

With Sam and the directors knowing this, why charge so much to attend this match? Is it any wonder there were only 10,000 at the Reebok on Saturday.

I know Premiership survival is our priority but to pay £21 to watch a 'reserve' team is a little bit steep.

It makes you wonder what team Sam will field in the replay if we draw a 'big' team in the next round?
