+CHILDREN and teachers were evacuated from a primary school after a fire broke out in a ground floor office.
The blaze, at St Peter and Pauls' Primary School, off Derby Street, in Bolton, is thought to have started in a bin in the office at around 2.30pm yesterday.
No one was injured during the incident, but furniture in the room was damaged by fire and smoke.
A spokesman for Bolton Central Station, who attended the fire, said: "The school evacuated everyone well. They followed the procedure to the letter."
