KEOGHS solicitors have produced advice to clients about the practical and legal consequences when reservist employees are called up for possible action.
The firm says the government's call up in connection with possible military action against Iraq could have a knock-on effect on businesses all over the country.
Various questions arise about the employment rights of individuals.
