A NEW bar in Bolton signifies the third deal in a row by leisure consultant Jonathan Kennedy of commercial property agents Jeremy Rubin & Co.
He was responsible for Elements at 16/18 Bradshawgate and adjoining properties on both sides.
Elements, which targets young professionals aged 25 to 35, is about to open an extra room upstairs, taking the capacity to more than 400. The unit was let to the Inn-Dependent Pub Co on behalf of LYS pension fund.
The deal placed the bar over four floors on a 25-year lease at £30,000 per annum.
A spokesman at Elements said: "Elements is something new for Bolton town centre and will be well received. Since our opening we have received an overwhelming response to the concept."
