ONE of the most ambitious and spectacular exhibitions staged at The Tate Liverpool is currently on show.

The exhibition, Shopping: A Century of Art and Consumer Culture, is the first of its kind.

It runs until March 23 and leads the way in examining in depth the relationship between the display, distribution and consumption of commodities and modern and contemporary art.

Shopping: A Century of Art and Consumer Culture will be located on two floors of the gallery and is a co-production with Schirn Kunsthalle, Frankfurt.
