BOLTON Wanderers may be struggling near the bottom of the Premier League, but sales of a book recording the history of the fampous football club are topping the charts in one town centre book store.
"Bolton Wanderers, An Official History 1874 to 2002" is flying off the shelves at Waterstones in Deansgate and even outselling Harry Potter.
Julian Taylor, from Waterstones, said: "It is going mad. We have sold 100 already this week and we have had to re-order four times.
"It is by far and away the best selling local-interest book in Bolton at the moment and is currently even more popular than books such as the Harry Potter series and the Lord of the Rings titles."
