AN appreciative daughter is saying it with flowers to thank the home caring for her mother.
Alison Rotheram nominated the Glenhomes Residential Home in Greenmount Lane, Heaton, for the Bolton Evening News' Bouquet of the Week.
"My mother has recently had to lose her independence and go into a caring environment that was very scary and confusing for her and extremely stressful for me," writes Alison.
"However, the team at Glenhomes have made what could have been a difficult period of adjustment a lovely transition.
"My mum is happy, safe and contented with the genuine love and concern shown to her (and me) by all the staff at Glenhomes. I would like them to receive a bouquet in recognition of doing a difficult job very well."
Home owner Glenys Hughes and staff were delighted to receive the bouquet, which arrived courtesy of Caroline Ward's flower and gift delivery service (0800-289-335).
