SPANISH inflation is 3.8 per cent.
The price increases in shopping baskets totalled 18 per cent in 2002. This inflation figure simply cannot be honest! (But at least it protects the image of the euro.)
We "shall lose jobs outside the eurozone". Sadly for europhiles, countries outside saw joblessness fall in 2002 and there was a 1.7 per cent increase within!
