ATHERTON Collieries begin their North West Counties League festive campaign tomorrow with an away game at Knowsley Road against St Helens Town.
The Merseysiders narrowly beat Colls two weeks ago, so it will be a difficult game for the local side.
On Boxing Day, rivals Atherton LR are the visitors to Alder House for a league game, kick-off 3pm.
It should be an interesting affair, especially after the present LR management team defected across town from Colls last month.
