COMMONWEALTH Games visitors to Horwich will be welcomed by distinctive boundary signs provided by the town council.
The signs show the Horwich Town Council crest, Lancashire roses and "Welcome to Horwich", with a painting of Rivington Pike.
Bolton Arena, at Middlebrook, is to host badminton games, as well as cycle road races and mountain biking.
Thousands of spectators are expected to watch the events.
