BANK Holiday weekends might mean rest and recuperation for you (okay, probably not), but for me it was a non-stop whir of social activity.

After catching the wonderful Kylie Minogue at the Arena on Thursday, I was celebrating at Infinity on Friday with JK and Joel, and on Saturday I was playing a DJ set at 21 Picadilly.

But what was I celebrating, I hear you cry. How could you forget? It was, of course, the launch of the Key 103 Manchester Weekend 2 CD, released on Monday. Compiled by Adam Cole and yours truly, it is (if I do say so myself) a brilliant mix of big dance anthems, commercial tracks and some more obscure rarities as an extra special treat.

Luckily for you lot I will be playing some tracks from it tonight at Ikon, so buy the CD, come along and get the best of both worlds!

Looking at the chart news, I notice that the lovely Holly Valance has made a bit of a splash with her debut single, Kiss Kiss.

She has certainly caused a few blokes to get hot under the collar by appearing in her birthday suit in the video, and the fuss seemed to have paid off because she has shot straight to Number One.

You may recall that I was singing her praises a couple of weeks ago, so my position as chart expert is secure!

And for my next trick as the Mystic Meg of the airwaves, I am going to give you a hot tip -- Ronan Keating. Yes, the adorable blond leprechaun of pop released his new single, If Tomorrow Never Comes, on Monday and I strongly suspect it is going to climb very high in the charts. If it does get to the top spot, I might just give him a call to congratulate him.

To check out if my prediction comes true you need only struggle from the depths on your hangover tomorrow morning and switch on Key 103 where I will be up with the larks (sort of) to present the Smash Hits chart from 10am. How's that for dedication?
