BOLTON window installer Allan Lever has become one of only a few organisations in the country to be awarded 100 per cent for customer satisfaction in a national survey of thousands of households.
The independent traders' organisation, Network VEKA, analysed customer questionnaires from across Britain and Ireland.
Mr Lever's Coe Street company was awarded membership of the VEKA 100 per cent club at the recent annual meeting. Mr Lever said: "It is especially an honour because the award is not just the decision of some judging panel.
"It is a genuine reflection of customers' opinions, based on the responses of every one of them -- that means a lot to me."
Network VEKA is a voluntary group of more than 140 independent window and conservatory companies committed to raising standards of quality and integrity.
