THE Labour North West Euro team has been announced following a ballot of all Labour Party Members in the North West.
Leading the team and as Leader of the European Parliamentary Labour Party, Gary Titley said: "I am delighted that Labour Party members have been fully involved throughout the process of selecting our Labour team to fight the European Elections in 2004. "We will be campaigning from now until election day to secure every possible Labour vote and to return Labour MEPs to the European parliament."
Ebrahim Adia who is also on the new North West Labour list is a senior Lecturer at the university of central Lancashire and a Councillor in Bolton. He has a doctorate and a publication in European Union Education Policy and a detailed understanding of the European Union.
