DO you know anything about the Campbell Street/Cawdor Street area of Moses Gate? If so, your contribution could appear in a new book which is being prepared.
Mr Stephen Cork, chairman of the Campbell Community Group, who lives in Victoria Street, Farnworth, has asked me to appeal in this column to anyone who can help.
"I have been asked to contribute to a book about that area," he writes, "and I would ask readers if they have anything of interest to the Urban Resource Centre, Campbell Street, Farnworth."

And he has asked me to point out that the book (the author is Brian Lewis, and it will be available free to residents), is to be printed in mid to late September, so you will need to get in touch with him quickly!
