A MAN accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm has been remanded in custody until next Wednesday by Bury magistrates.
Lee Kirwan, aged 21, from Oak Lane, Whitefield, is alleged to have carried out the attack on Derek Hay in Whitefield in September last year. Kirwan is also charged with dishonestly handling a £15,000 Isuzu Trooper.
Bail was not applied for and Kirwan was remanded in custody until November 13.
