HEATHER Mills, the new Mrs Paul McCartney, was undoubtedly brave to whip off her artificial leg for scrutiny during an American TV show.
Her frankness will certainly help to alter the prejudiced perceptions that can surround disabled people. It was, though, an unnerving sight on the popular show -- greatly relieved by the painted toe-nails.
While it is hard not to admire this feisty female, I just can't warm to her abrasive personality and bossy manner.
In the words of my teenage daughter: "She's a scary lady."
