A 58-YEAR-OLD man is fighting for his life in hospital after a road accident in Wigan.
The man was crossing Ellesmere Road in Worsley Hall when he was in collision with a Ford Transit. He suffered extensive injuries and is in intensive care at Wigan Royal Infirmary, where his condition is serious.
