IN the Bolton Darts League the Men's Summer League format is being played at the Moonlight club, St George's Rd on Friday nights in aid of the Bolton Senior Gateway Club for Mentally Handicapped Adults.
The leader of the Men's Section One is Dave Smith by aggregate from Mick Meanley with Paul Baistow, Ian Carr, Dave Fawcett, Dave Heyes and Hitesh Mistry, all in joint third. Leading the Men's Section Two is Alec Kalbus by two points from Steve Cunningham, Martin Lomax, Tommy Kearney and Chris Gordon.
Another Summer League format is also taking place at The Albert, Derby Street on Friday nights. The leader of the Ladies Section One is Bev Irwin by two points from Pat Boardman, Dulcie Lomax, Janet Robishaw, June Scott and Beryle Prescott.
Leading the Ladies Section two is Kath Lawson by two points from Karen Norris, Pat Ryding and Marie Watts.
Another one more maximum score of 180 was recorded last week by Hitesh Mistry for the men.
Will all teams and players who have last season's annual cups and trophies, please return them straight away to the league headquarters, The Moonlight Club, St George's Road during opening hours or to the secretary Mr Brian Holden, 25 Delamere Gardens, Halliwell, Bolton.
