PATRICK Thistle have signed former Wanderers and Scotland Under-21 international Stephen McAnespie in time for their Scottish Cup semi-final with Rangers.
The former Aberdeen and Raith player, who cost Bolton £900,000 in 1995, has signed for the rest of the season from Cambridge United.
Injury affected the 30-year-old's spell at Bolton but he still caught the eye of future England manager Kevin Keegan, who paid £100,000 to take him to Fulham.
After switching from midfield to right-back he moved to Cambridge on a free transfer in August 2000.
