A TRIBUTE to Lancashire journalist Pat Seed who raised millons of pounds for Christie Hospital will be staged this year.
A packed diary of events has been arranged to celebrate her money-spinning efforts.
Pat, of Garstang, Preston, died from cancer in 1984, yet her cause to raise millions to fund cancer-detecting CT and MRI scanners for the North-west continues.
The Pat Seed Appeal Fund now stands at £8.4 million. Those interested in supporting the fund should contact Pauline Heaton on 01995 604047.
