MAGISTRATES ran out of patience with a Radcliffe man who failed to attend court after nine previous adjournments of his case.
John Paul Cooper, aged 21, of Tithebarn Street, had been subject to reports in connection with charges of taking a vehicle without consent at Heywood last October, driving without insurance or a licence and failing to surrender to custody.
Rochdale magistrates heard there had been a history of failing to attend hearings and warrants had been issued for his arrest and on one occasion Cooper claimed he had no money to get to court.
A warrant was issued for his arrest without bail.
