BEVERLEY Knight shared an emotional moment with a crowd of thousands on the last night of Jamiroquai's recent stadium tour.
The singer was finishing her support set at London's Wembley Arena on Sunday night when she announced that her latest single Shoulda Woulda Coulda had crashed into the Top 10 at number 10 -- her highest ever chart placing.
As whoops of applause rang out across the huge arena Beverley couldn't contain herself and began crying. Unable to speak for a few minutes the cheers continued before she cried: "You're ruining my make-up!"
The 27-year-old has been plugging away in the music scene for years and is slowly but surely climbing to the top.
Before launching into Shoulda Woulda Coulda, the singer who recently worked with Jamiroquai on their album A Funk Odyssey, said she was "so proud" of the song.
