ON my three visits here I have sampled for starters pate de volaille and salade de canard oriental.

Both were wonderful.

Main courses include roasted guinea fowl filled with a chicken mousse and apricots, seabass with a salmon stuffing, lamb gigonette braised in red wine. You can request a specific fish dish at 24 hours' notice. There is a fine selection of desserts!
