A MAN accused of stealing baby food from a Westhoughton Co-op appeared before Bolton magistrates.
It is alleged that James Lawrence Midgley, aged 35, of Southfield Drive, Westhoughton, committed the offence on January 6.
The case was adjourned until February 21 and Midgley was granted unconditional bail.
