WANDERERS have been linked with Cameroon striker Patrick MBoma, who plays for Italian club Parma.
Allardyce has tried to bring the player to the Reebok before but the cash was a stumbling block.
That could again be the problem as the Italian club are said to want a £500,000 loan fee while the player could demand wages of around £16,000 a week.
Allardyce will also be casting his eye over a couple of trialists this week, both from overseas, one of them a Finnish midfielder.
