A COUPLE have agreed to a legal ruling stopping them from acting as company directors for four years.
Eric and Susan Sinclair, of Stapleton Avenue, Bolton, agreed to the conditions imposed on September 19 relating to their conduct as directors of Salford-based MGI Technical Services Ltd.
The company, providers of design and technical support services to medical companies and hospitals, went into liquidation in September 1998 with rising debts. The couple were accused of allowing the company to continue trading despite their situation and failing to keep proper company records.
