A DEBATE on cannabis will be held at Rivington Barn a week today.
Horwich Rotary Club hosts the ethical debate on whether the drug should be sold legalised. Bolton South East MP Brian Iddon will argue in favour of legalisation and retired police chief superintendent Don Carsley will speak against.
