A REFUSE collector suffered a double leg fracture after he was involved in a road accident.
Norman Glover, aged 55, was working on Kildonan Drive, Ladybridge, when he was in collision with a car.
The binman, of Kennet Close, Westhoughton, was taken to the Royal Bolton Hospital. The driver of the car, Suman Kumari Rajput, aged 35, of The Avenue, Ladybridge, was unhurt. Witnesses should call Bolton Traffic Unit on 0161 856 5972.
