NEGOTIATIONS to secure the signature of Paris St Germain centre-back, Sylvain Distin, appear to have stalled.
Wanderers are anxious to tie up the £3.5 million deal at the third attempt but the 23-year-old defender is now understood to be talking to Newcastle United.
