IT is outrageous that a town the size of Bolton should not have its own Magistrates Courts.
And to consider all Bolton Court cases would have to be transferred to Bury, Manchester, or, even worse, to Trafford, is ludicrous.
Congratulations to the BEN and all who are fighting this proposed closure.
